WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
5 YEARS WARRANTY
At lagu we develop beautiful designs from the best materials to ensure a high, lasting quality. That's why we offer a 5-year warranty on all our product designs - but of course we expect them to last longer. The warranty provided by lagu is valid according to the terms and conditions set forth in these warranty terms and is a very special extra service we offer in addition to the legal warranty. Therefore, the warranty does not affect your rights under applicable law.
WARRANTY PERIOD
The warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase in the lagu store or online, or from the date the product was delivered to you by lagu (if not delivered at the time of purchase). .
WARRANTY REQUESTS
Warranty claims must be made at the lagu store where the product was originally purchased, within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered, and in any case before the end of the warranty period.
SCOPE
The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship on all products in our entire collection and ensures that the defects are corrected or the product replaced within the warranty period. It is not valid for special production products.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY?
When you file a complaint about a defect, lagu will review the situation and, at its discretion, assess whether it is covered by warranty. Then we will decide whether the defect can be fixed or the product replaced. lagu reserves the right to decide what action to take if it is under warranty and covers the costs of replacing or repairing the affected part(s). If the item has been removed from the collection, lagu will decide on a suitable replacement item. If the defect can be remedied, it will be done by the lagu or a partner chosen by the lagu and with the necessary means. This will correct the defect without the possibility of further price reduction or other compensation.
MISUSE AND MAINTENANCE
Items that have been improperly stored, installed or used, misused or altered.
Damage and discoloration caused by lack of or improper maintenance/maintenance according to lagu care instructions.
TRANSPORT DAMAGES
Damages that may occur in case of safe transportation and packaging in cases of moving and relocation are not covered by the warranty.
UNSUITABLE ENVIRONMENT
Products exposed to high temperature fluctuations, placed in direct sunlight or in an environment where the product is unsuitable, for example outdoors or in a humid environment.
